Operations Coordinator

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

The Three Rivers Festival seeks an experienced, professional, personable, organized and tech-savvy Operations Coordinator to support the organization’s financial and administrative needs.

 

REQUIRED:  QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial

Under the direction of the Executive Director and The Board of Directors, manage and maintain financial records:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Financial Reporting
  • Cash Management
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Payroll
  • Maintain Concession Contracts, Communications and Billing
  • Manage equipment rentals

 Admin

Manage office duties with assistance from other staff:

  • Answer phones
  • Routinely clean office area
  • Response to social media inquiries
  • Creative writing and/or editing
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Website updates

 Misc.

Assist with other duties as needed by Executive Director:

  • Sponsor Fulfillment
  • Button sales and deliveries
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Other miscellaneous projects
