Top Three Win CASH! ​ On Monday evening of the Festival, local restaurants sign up their best servers to compete in the Waiter/Waitress Contest. The Three Rivers Festival develops an obstacle course around a simulated dining room in the Festival Plaza. Theatrics, antics and humor are encouraged in this unique competition. Which team will prevail for the trophy by avoiding spillage?
